Terms & Conditions

1. Email your orders to dressmeup.sales@hotmail.com

2. All prices are in Singapore dollars. Prices stated include all shipping fees, handling fees & any other fees incurred, unless stated otherwise.

3. All orders are PRE-ORDERS unless stated otherwise.

4. Upon confirmation of orders, do not cancel them or we will blacklist you. No refunds will be given!

5. All payments are to be made within 3 working days from the date of your orders, or your orders will be cancelled. An invoice will be given upon confirmation of order.

6. We spend great efforts to ensure that all goods are in good condition. However, goods may differ slightly from pictures seen on the website due to picture resolution.

7. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:-

a. Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;

b. Slight colour differences(or any other minor physical
differences), minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams;

c. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) They can be washed off.

e. Sizing issues (clothes do not fit);

f. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;

8. Kindly note that shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks after orders are made.

**All terms & conditions must be accepted before placing orders.

Delivery/Order Policy

1. Orders will be placed with the supplier within 3 working days after all orders are confirmed and payments are received.

2. All items are inspected before they are packed & delivered through Singpost.

>> For apparels:
Charges for Normal Mail will be as follows:-

LOCAL MAILING
i. 1 item: $1.50 (Include handling charge)
ii. 2-3 items: $2.60 (Include handling charge)
iii. 4 pieces & above: $4 dollars (Include handling charge)

OVERSEAS
- Charged according to weight. Will advise you upon confirmation of orders.
- $2.00 Handling Fee per item
- 3 items: $5.00 Handling Fee
-5 items: $9.00 Handling Fee

Charges for Registered Mail will be as follows:-
i. $2.30 top-up for Registered mail. This is payable on top of normal mail.

>> All postage deliveries will be handled by SingPost

>> TIP: It is highly advisable that you opt for registered mail/Courier Services as mails do get lost during transition and we are not responsible for such loses.

>> We do arrange for meet ups at Cityhall, Sembawang or Pasir Ris. We will ask our runners to contact you on the day of meet ups. This applies only if you order 5 items and above.

>> In any case if clothes are out of stock and payment is made, we will do a full refund to you.
